It was our pleasure and privilege to be part of the Trauma Aware Education Conference, where we had the opportunity to raise awareness about the significant educational challenges faced by children and young people living in out-of-home care. One of our incredible trainers, Kerri Chard, alongside Executive Director Lisa Honeychurch, presented on how our Little Stars Learners Program is helping to improve outcomes for this vulnerable cohort and the people who support them. With an audience deeply committed to Trauma-Aware education, it was an honour to share our work. We also loved connecting with attendees at the Little Stars Foundation stand and having meaningful conversations about how our program can create brighter futures.
